GVF Inc is a construction company specializing in the construction of dental offices.
Guillermo Valdes-Fauli is the principal contractor and founder of the company that bears his initials GVF. Guillermo credits his firms experience on the solid background it has in the dental office construction field. Guillermo’s interest in dentistry began with his enrollment at the University of Tampa as a pre-med student studying to become a dentist and ultimately follow in the footsteps of his father Dr. Guillermo F. Valdes-Fauli, an established dentist in Havana Cuba for 15 years and then in Coral Gables, Florida for 28 years. After two years in the pre-med dental program, Guillermo decided that dentistry was not the career he wanted to pursue, however, he did find the field of construction very exciting and turned his focus on becoming a General Contractor in the state of Florida, which he accomplished in 1973.
After receiving his General Contractors license, Guillermo was offered a lucrative position in Saudi Arabia as the construction superintendent for Saral USA, a multinational construction firm specializing in large projects in emerging markets. After several years in Saudi Arabia learning the construction business, Guillermo came back to Miami and established the construction company GVF Inc. In 1988 GVF Inc., obtained its first contract remodeling a multi-practice dental office. This was the beginning of a very successful career specializing in a specific niche of the construction industry, dental offices.
GVF Inc. is recommended and referred to by dental suppliers and dentists alike.
To date, GVF Inc. has had hands on involvement in the construction of over 120 dental offices in the South Florida area as well as being lead consultant on many others.
Guillermo Valdes-Fauli makes his primary residence in Palmetto Bay, Florida, along with his wife of 20 years, Olga and their two children, Guillermo III and Jacqueline.
